1   This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 6) 1979.

2   The reference in section 18 (2) (c) of the State Pollution Control Commission Act 1970 to the Minister for Decentralisation and Development shall be construed as a reference to the Minister for Mineral Resources and Development.

3   The reference in section 18 (2) (c) of the State Pollution Control Commission Act 1970 to the Department of Decentralisation and Development shall be construed as a reference to the Department of Mineral Resources and Development.
