Note:
The Children (Care and Protection—Child Employment) Regulation 2001 (clause 8 excepted) made under the Children (Care and Protection) Act 1987 No 54 is on and from 1.2.2004 taken to be a regulation made under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 No 157. See the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection—Child Employment) (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 2004, clause 4.
