Repeal:
The Regulation was repealed by cl 3 of
the Passenger Transport Amendment (Passenger
Conduct) Regulation 2013 (40) (LW 8.2.2013) with effect from 15.2.2013.

Safety (Offences) Regulation 2008 made under the Rail Safety Act 2008 is on and from
7.12.2012 taken to be a regulation under the Passenger Transport Act 1990 No 39.
