Note:
The Clean Air
(Domestic Solid Fuel Heaters) Regulation 1997 made under the
Clean Air Act 1961 is on and from 1.7.1999 taken
to be a regulation made under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act
1997 No 156. See clause 11 of Schedule 5 to the Protection of the Environment Operations Act
1997.
Note:
The Regulation was repealed by the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 No
146, sec 10 (2) with effect from
1.9.2002.
