Proposed repeal:
The Regulation is to be repealed on the commencement of sec 5 of
the Constitution Amendment (Governor’s
Salary) Act 2003 No 66 (that Act to commence on the day on
which the first person to be appointed to the office of Governor after the
date of assent to that Act is so appointed).
