1   Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Community Services Commission) Order 2003.

2   Amendment of Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

The Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1 Amendments

(Clause 2)

[1]   Schedule 1 Departments

Omit the matter relating to the Community Services Commission from Columns 1 and 2.

[2]   Schedule 2 Executive positions (other than non-statutory SES positions)

Omit “Deputy Ombudsman” from Part 3.

Insert instead “A Deputy Ombudsman”.
