This Order commences on 18 May 2007.
3 Transfer of branch from Department of Planning to Ministry of Transport
(1) The group of staff in the Department of Planning who are employed in connection with the Transport and Population Data Centre (except such staff who, in the opinion of the Director-General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, are principally involved in population data analysis) are removed from the Department of Planning and added to the Ministry of Transport.(2) A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement, to the Department of Planning (in relation to the group of staff removed from that Department under subclause (1)) is to be construed as a reference to the Ministry of Transport.
