1   This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 4) 1981.

2   This Order shall take effect from 30th October 1981.

3   The references in sections 18 and 100 of the Navigation Act 1901 to the Treasurer shall be construed as references to the Minister for Ports.
