2.42D Development standards
(1) The standards specified for that development are that the
development must:(a) be for domestic purposes only, and
(b) be associated with a driveway, and
(c) measure at least 2.6m wide by 5.4m long, and
(d) have an area of not more than 20m2,
and
(e) be located at least 1m behind the building line of any road
frontage, and
(f) be located at least 900mm from each side or rear boundary,
and
(g) be constructed so that any surface water is disposed of without
causing a nuisance to adjoining owners, and
(h) not require cut or fill more than 600mm below or above ground
level (existing), and
(i) be constructed in accordance with AS 2890.1—1993, Parking
facilities—Off-street car
parking.
(2) There must not be more than 1 development per
lot.
