Repeal:
The plan was repealed by cl 8 (2) of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Drinking Water Catchment) 2011 (28) (LW 21.1.2011) with effect from 1.3.2011.
Deemed SEPP
From 1 July 2009 this plan is taken to be a State environmental planning policy (see clause 120 of Schedule 6 to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979).
