Repeal:
The provisions were impliedly repealed by repeal of sec 33 of the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act
1979 by the Environmental
Planning and Assessment Amendment (Infrastructure and Other Planning Reform)
Act 2005 No 43, Sch 2 [3], with effect from 30.9.2005. Despite
the repeal of that section, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Model
Provisions 1980 continue to operate for the purposes of cl 93
of Sch 6 to the Environmental Planning and
Assessment Act 1979 and cl 289 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation
2000.
