(1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following matters:(a) the procedures to be followed in relation to the making of applications under this Part,(b) the procedures to be followed in relation to the granting and transfer of access licences,(c) the procedures to be followed in relation to the transfer of water allocations under an access licence,(d) the procedures to be followed in relation to the recrediting of water allocations under an access licence,(e) the recording of any dealing, caveat, security interest, devolution, change in co-holder’s tenancy arrangements or other matter in relation to an access licence or holding in an access licence in the Access Register.(2) Without limiting subsection (1) (e), the regulations may, for the purposes of this Part, apply, adopt or incorporate, whether with or without modification, any provision of the Real Property Act 1900 or the regulations made under that Act.(3) The regulations may exclude a specified class of licence granted under this Act from the operation of section 11 (1) (h) of the Duties Act 1997.
