31   Change of particulars to be notified

A veterinary practitioner must comply with the requirements of section 53 (as applied by this Act) of the Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

Note. Section 53 of the Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002 makes it a condition of registration for registered persons to provide information regarding changes to their particulars.
