The object of this Part is to help ensure that:(a) the Corporations Law of New South Wales, and the Corporations Law of each jurisdiction other than New South Wales, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the Commonwealth, and(b) the ASIC Law of New South Wales, and the ASIC Law of each jurisdiction other than New South Wales, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the Commonwealth.
