97   Reconsideration of decisions

(1)  If a person who considers himself or herself to be adversely affected by a decision of the Board in relation to the award of a Record of School Achievement or a Higher School Certificate requests the Board to reconsider the decision, the Board is, subject to the rules of the Board, to reconsider the decision and confirm, reverse or vary the decision.
(2)  The Board’s decision in relation to the request is final.
(3)  Rules of the Board may make provision for or with respect to:
(a)  the manner in which, and the time within which, a request under this section must be made, and
(b)  any other matter relevant to the disposal of any such request.
