13   Definition of “designated land”

(1)  In this Division, designated land means the space occupied by the following parts of the Government telecommunications network, together with the space within 300 mm (or other prescribed distance) of any such part:
(a)  lines,
(b)  equipment connecting lines,
(c)  any covering in which any such line or equipment is enclosed.
(2)  The other prescribed distance is any other distance (not exceeding 1 metre) prescribed by the regulations or in the order by which the relevant part of the network is vested in the Authority.
