(1) Subject to the rules of the Tribunal, the President may issue practice notes for the Tribunal in relation to any matter with respect to which rules may be made.(2) Part 6 of the Interpretation Act 1987 applies to a practice note issued under this section in the same way as it applies to a rule of court.
