Editorial note. The Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW) applies, with modifications, to State regulated education and care services under this Act. This Editorial note includes the provisions of that Law that apply to those services (the National Law Alignment Provisions), but further modifications to the interpretation of those provisions are made by Part 4 of this Act and the regulations under this Act.
