Nothing in this Act affects the operation of the following Acts:

Workers’ Compensation (Dust Diseases) Act 1942,

Workers’ Compensation (Brucellosis) Act 1979,

Workers Compensation (Bush Fire, Emergency and Rescue Services) Act 1987.
