109   Jurisdiction

(1)  The members of the Tribunal are to conduct an inquiry into any complaint, matter or application and are to hear any appeal referred to it.
(2)  No inquiry need be conducted into a complaint if the podiatrist who is the subject of the complaint admits the subject-matter of the complaint in writing to the Tribunal.
