86B Register of undertakings
(1) The Director-General is to maintain a register that includes the
following in relation to each undertaking accepted under section 218 of the
(a) a copy of the undertaking,
(b) a copy of each variation of the undertaking,
(c) the name and address of the person who gave the

(2) The register is to be amended to remove information relating to
undertakings that have been withdrawn.
