(1) A strata management statement and any amendment of such a statement must be in the approved form.(2) A strata management statement as in force from time to time must comply with Schedule 1C and that Schedule applies to any such statement.(3) The Registrar-General may register a strata management statement and an amendment of such a statement by making such recordings in the Register as the Registrar-General considers appropriate.(4) The Registrar-General may refuse to register a strata management statement or any amendment of such a statement if the application for registration fails to comply with any requirement made by this Act or the regulations or is not accompanied by the prescribed fee.
