70   Physiotherapist entitled to make representations

(1)  A registered physiotherapist who is the subject of any inquiry by an Impaired Registrants Panel is entitled to make oral or written representations to the Panel with respect to the matters being or to be the subject of the inquiry.
(2)  This section does not prevent the Panel from conducting an inquiry in the absence of the registered physiotherapist to whom it relates, as long as the physiotherapist has been given notice of the inquiry under section 69.
