Insert instead “Division 4 of Part 5 of the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002”.

Omit “section 18 of the Search Warrants Act 1985”.

Insert instead “section 71 of the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002”.
