Section 31(1) The Community Conservation Council is to develop the Community Conservation Area Agreement in consultation with the Advisory Committees.(2) Before the Agreement is made, the Council is to arrange for the draft Agreement to be publicly exhibited and is to call for public submissions on the draft Agreement within the period notified by the Council.
