45 Appeals
(1) The decision of the Court of Appeal shall be in accordance with
the opinion of the majority of the Judges of Appeal
present.
(2) If the Judges of Appeal present are equally divided in opinion the
decision of the Court of Appeal shall be in accordance with the opinion of the
Chief Justice or other Judge of Appeal presiding.
(3) (Repealed)
(4) If, in dismissing an appeal, the Court of Appeal is of the
unanimous opinion that the appeal does not raise any question of general
principle, it may, in accordance with the rules, give reasons for its decision
in short form.
