Section 2I(1) If the provisions of this Part are inconsistent with the provisions of:(a) the Local Government Act 1993, or(b) any regulations, ordinances or by-laws made under any Act,the provisions of this Part shall prevail.(2) Nothing in this Part applies to or in respect of any sign, mark, structure or device containing or relating to a requirement or direction, contravention of which gives rise to an offence under the Local Government Act 1993, or any regulation under that Act, but not under any other Act or regulation.(3) Any person who or body which would not, but for this subsection, have the power to co-operate with, or do or perform any act or thing in conjunction with, the Authority is hereby authorised so to co-operate or do or perform the act or thing.
