94C Delegation—officers of President
(1) The President:(a) may designate a specified person or the holder of a specified office for the purposes of this section, and(b) may delegate to such a person or office holder the exercise of such of the President’s functions (other than this power of delegation) as may be specified in the delegation.(2) A person who is a delegate of the President under this section is an officer of the President.(3) Nothing in this section limits the application of section 49 of the Interpretation Act 1987.
