150 Information to be sent to complainant and Ombudsman
As soon as practicable after the investigation of a complaint has been concluded and a report of the investigation finalised, the Commissioner:(a) if practicable, must consult with the complainant before making a decision concerning any action to be taken as a result of the complaint, and(b) must provide the complainant with advice as to any action already taken, and as to the Commissioner’s decision concerning any action to be taken, as a result of the complaint, and(c) must provide the Ombudsman with:(i) a copy of the finalised report, and(ii) advice as to any action already taken, and as to the Commissioner’s decision concerning any action to be taken, as a result of the complaint, and(iii) advice as to whether or not the complainant is satisfied with the action taken, or to be taken, as a result of the complaint.
