Works for the Evans Head Harbour comprising:1 The construction of a breakwater on the southern side of the Evans River entrance extending in a north-easterly direction a distance of approximately six hundred and fifty feet from the existing foreshore.
2 The construction of a breakwater on the northern side of the Evans River entrance extending in a north-easterly direction a distance of approximately eight hundred and fifty feet from the existing foreshore.
3 The construction of a training wall on the northern side of the Evans River for a length of approximately eight hundred and sixty feet.
4 Other associated works as may be deemed necessary or desirable by the constructing authority.
The whole of the works hereinbefore described to be subject to such modifications as may be deemed necessary or desirable by the constructing authority.
