(1) The regulations may make provision for and with respect to the procurement of goods and services by and for government agencies, including but not limited to exemptions from any of the requirements of this Chapter.(2) The regulations may authorise the Board to enter into arrangements with public bodies other than government agencies in relation to the procurement of goods and services by and for those bodies.
