152   Penalty for destroying notices etc

Any person who wilfully destroys, damages, defaces, or pulls down any notice, certificate or other document posted or exhibited in any shop, premises, or place pursuant to this Act or the regulations shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and be liable to a penalty not exceeding 2 penalty units.
