376   Certain reports to be made available

If:

(a)  in order to comply with:

(i)  the regulations, or

(ii)  a direction under section 387 or 392, or

(iii)  a licence condition,

      a licence holder gives the Minister a report, and

(b)  the report relates to blocks that are no longer covered by the licence or by a successor licence to the licence, and

(c)  another person requests the Minister to make the report available to the person,

the Minister must make the report available to the person on payment of such fee as is determined by the Minister, with the concurrence of the Treasurer.
