342 Ordinances
Ordinances may be made for carrying this Part into effect, and in
particular for and with respect to:(a) the number of copies of plans, sections, and specifications of new
roads and subdivisions to be submitted with applications,
(b) the retention in the records of the council of a copy of all
plans, sections, and specifications of new roads and
subdivisions,
(c) any of the matters which under this Part a council shall take into
consideration in respect of any application for approval of the opening of a
road or the subdivision of land,
(d) the vesting in the Surveyor-General of the care, control, and
maintenance of the permanent marks placed in roads under this Act, and
providing for the preservation of such marks from damage or
removal.
