(1) Any person who opens any road or subdivides any land otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of this Act, or who disposes of any land in contravention of subsection (2) of section 327AA, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.(2) A contravention of this or any other section of this Part shall not invalidate or be deemed to have invalidated any instrument intended to affect or evidence the title to any land.
