(1) Nothing in this Division shall preclude the opening of any road in accordance with any approval which was before the commencement of this Act given under the Local Government Act 1906.(2) Nothing in this Division shall preclude the subdivision of any land in accordance with any approval which was before the commencement of this Act given under the Local Government Act 1906.(3) A subdivision which has not been approved by the council under this Act or under the Local Government Act 1906 shall not hereafter be made except in accordance with the provisions of this Division.(4) A separate parcel of land shall not be subdivided into further separate parcels or allotments except under the provisions of this Division.
