129B Counting of votes
As soon as practicable after the close of the poll the polling
place manager for each polling place and other election officials assigned by
the polling place manager for the purpose shall, in the presence and subject
to the inspection of such of the scrutineers as choose to be present, but of
no other persons, having opened the ballot box, proceed to count the number of
votes recorded for each candidate.
