15 Cancellation of registration
(1) The Director-General is to cancel the registration of a registered valuer if the person:(a) has died, or(b) has requested that his or her registration be cancelled, or(c) has become a disqualified person, or(d) is not eligible to be registered and was registered by mistake or as a result of any false representation concerning the person’s age or qualifications for registration.(2) A person whose registration is cancelled may apply to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal for a review of the decision of the Director-General to cancel the person’s registration.(3) The cancellation of registration under subsection (1) (c) or (d) does not take effect until notice of cancellation is served on the person concerned.(4) The Director-General may, in any case in which the Director-General thinks it appropriate to do so, restore the registration of any valuer whose registration has been cancelled under this section without payment of any fee or on payment of such fee, not exceeding the fee prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section, as the Director-General may direct.
