20 Proceedings before Authority
(1) An appeal to the Authority under section 19 (1) is to be held as in open court at a meeting of the Authority at which a quorum is present.(2) Proceedings in respect of a disciplinary inquiry of the Authority may be conducted in public or in private, or partly in public and partly in private, as the Authority may decide.(3) In conducting a disciplinary inquiry, the Authority may examine any witness on oath or affirmation, or by use of a statutory declaration.(4) The decision of the Authority is final and is taken (except for the purposes of an appeal to the Tribunal) to be a decision of the person or body whose decision is the subject of the appeal.
