17 Cost of surveys etc
(1) The cost of any survey authorised to be carried out by the
Surveyor-General under this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by
Parliament for survey purposes.
(2) The additional costs occasioned to any public authority in
relation to any survey by reason of the operation of this Act or any
requisition of the Surveyor-General thereunder shall be deemed to be part of
the costs of such survey and shall be met out of such moneys as are available
to such public authority for such survey.
