133V Limits on appeals
(1) No application to quash or vary any conviction, order or sentence
of a Magistrate that could be the subject of an appeal under this Part may be
made to the District Court (whether in its civil or criminal jurisdiction)
except by way of appeal as provided by this Part.
(2) No appeal may be made to the District Court under this Part from a
decision of the District Court under this Part.
(3) There is no appeal to the District Court under this Part in
relation to proceedings for an environmental offence in respect of which an
appeal may be made under Part 5B.
(4) There is no appeal to the District Court under this Part if there
is an appeal to the Supreme Court as referred to in section
113.
