51 Clean-up notice
(1) If the Director-General is satisfied, by the
Director-General’s own inspection or by the report of an inspector, that
any food store, food vehicle or appliance is in an unclean or insanitary
condition, the Director-General may serve a clean-up notice on the proprietor
of the food store, food vehicle or appliance.
(2) A clean-up notice is to take the form of an order that the food
store, food vehicle or appliance be put into a clean and sanitary condition,
to the satisfaction of an inspector, within a period of 24 hours after the
service of the notice on the proprietor.
