5 Common seal and quorum
(1) The members for the time being of each body corporate created by
this Act shall have the custody of its common seal, and the form of such seal
and all other matters relating thereto shall, subject as in this section
mentioned, be, from time to time, determined at a meeting of the body
corporate.
(2) The provincial and two other members of each such body corporate
shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of any meeting of the body
corporate.
(3) Every meeting of any such body corporate at which a quorum is
present shall be competent to transact any business of the body
corporate.
(4) The common seal of any such body corporate shall not be affixed to
any instrument except in pursuance of a resolution passed at a meeting of the
body corporate.
(5) Every instrument to which the common seal is so affixed shall be
signed by the provincial who is a member of the body corporate and by two
other members of the body corporate.
