(a) the Roman Catholic Church Communities’ Lands Act 1942 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and

(b) the Roman Catholic Church Communities’ Lands Act 1942, the words “to this Act” in sec 2 (2) (b) and the words “of this Act” in sec 10 (2) excepted, is an enactment to which sec 9 (3) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies.
