4   Amendment of Dust Diseases Tribunal Regulation 2001

(1)  The Dust Diseases Tribunal Regulation 2001 is amended as set out in Schedule 2.

(2)  Sections 39, 40 and 41 of the Interpretation Act 1987 do not apply to the amendments made by subsection (1).
