(1) This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation, except as provided by this section.(2) Schedule 3 (Amendment of Civil Procedure Act 2005) commences on the date of assent to this Act or the date of assent to the Civil Procedure Act 2005 whichever is the later.
