25 Objections
(1) An applicant who is dissatisfied with the Chief
Commissioner’s decision on the application (including a decision to
reverse or vary an earlier decision) may lodge a written objection with the
Chief Commissioner.
(2) The grounds of objection must be stated fully and in detail in the
notice of objection.
(3) The objection must be lodged within 60 days after the date of the
notice of the decision.
(4) If the Chief Commissioner is satisfied that an objector has a
reasonable excuse for failing to lodge an objection within the 60-day period,
the Chief Commissioner may extend the time for lodging the
objection.
