332   Definitions

(1)  In this Part:

penalty notice offence means an offence prescribed by the regulations under this Part as a penalty notice offence.

senior police officer means:

(a)  a Local Area Commander of Police, or

(b)  a Duty Officer for a police station, or

(c)  any other police officer of the rank of Inspector or above.
