109Q Regulations under Part 4A
(1) In addition to any other matters for or with respect to which regulations may be made for the purposes of this Part, the regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following:(a) the documents to be provided to, and the matters to be notified to, a consent authority, council or certifying authority for the purposes of this Part,(b) the records to be kept by certifying authorities under this Part,(c) applications for Part 4A certificates,(d) the form and content of Part 4A certificates,(e) the manner in which complaints in respect of development are to be dealt with by certifying authorities.(f) exempting classes of temporary structures from requirements relating to construction certificates or occupation certificates.(2) In particular, the regulations may authorise a consent authority or council to impose a fee with respect to any Part 4A certificate that is lodged with it, whether pursuant to a requirement of this Act or the regulations or otherwise.
