In this Division:speed limiter compliant, in relation to a vehicle, means that the speed at which the vehicle is capable of being driven is limited, in the manner prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this Division, to not more than 100 km/h.
speed limiter offence means an offence against section 69C.
